This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 C.F.R. §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).  These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, national origin sexual orientation, or gender identity.  Moreover, these regulations require that covered prime contractors and subcontractors take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status or disability.

Construction Projects

Thurston County Rural Water‐Water Tower Painting

Sealed Bids for the Thurston County Rural Water-Water Tower Painting will be received, by Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District (P-MRNRD) at the office of the Papio NRD 8901 South 154th Street, Omaha, NE 68138 until 10 a.m. on December 27, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of sandblasting the entire inside to remove paint, removing rust spots on the outside of the tower then power washing the entire outside at a minimum of 3500 psi, painting the inside and outside of the tower with specified number of coatings and paints, all waste and by-product of sandblasting and painting will be removed from the site by the contractor.

Sorensen to Girard Trail Paving, Grading, Retaining Walls, and Storm Sewer

Sealed Bids for the construction of the PAPIOMISSOURI RIVER NRD, DOUGLAS COUNTY, SORENSEN TO GIRARD TRAIL PAVING, GRADING, RETAINING WALLS, AND STORM SEWER will be received, by Papio‐Missouri River Natural Resources District (Papio NRD) at the office of the Papio NRD 8901 South 154th Street, Omaha, NE 68138 until 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of construction of a 10’ wide multi-use trail, grading, retaining wall, and storm sewer.
