If your entity (utility, etc.) would like to cross a Papio NRD maintained channel and/or levee right-of-way with a utility installation, please click on the link below to access the Papio NRD Channel and Levee Projects Section 408 and Technical Review Checklist and attachments. The checklist needs to be filled out and returned to the Papio NRD along with supporting information (e.g., cover letter, plans, and specifications) as noted on the checklist.
